This practical, spacious property is ideal for those working in the area or looking to stay for a period of time. Nestled to the rear of the block it has exclusive use of the carport and rear section of the driveway. Behind the property is the Mornington Peninsula Steam railway which runs on selected Sundays. Includes: • Two Queen bedrooms • Open Plan Living and Kitchen area • Modern Bathroom with European laundry • Washing machine and dryer • Car Port Towels and Linen provided This property is primarily set up for people working in the area as while it is comfortable inside there is limited outdoor space. It does however have exclusive use of the carport and the rear section of the drive way. It is an ideal base for a weeks work with the space to keep a UTE undercover, a comfortable place to relax in the evening with a spacious lounge, large smart TV, well equipped kitchen and washer and drier. While primarily set up for work groups it is also ideal for groups who will be out all day doing activities and just need a comfortable place to come back to in the evening. Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not: Included: Linen: • Bed Linin including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets) • One bath towel per person. • Hand towels in the bathroom • T towels for the kitchen A starter pack in including: • 4 x toilet roles per toilet • Hand soap • Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided) • Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes What is not included: • Flat sheets • Beach or pool towels • Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods. • Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables. • Face clothes/washers • Shampoo and conditioner. • Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable.
