This Fresh, modern and stylish home is located in a quiet residential area in Mornington yet close enough to be within easy reach of all attractions. Recently renovated and decorated throughout its features include: • Split system Heating and cooling • Ceiling fans in each bedroom • Queen master • 2 double bedrooms • Deck with BBQ area • Fully renovated walk in shower room • Front garden with Trampoline Ben Linen and Bath Towels Provided Please note there is a separate unit to the rear. The separate unit to the rear on the same block which can be booked separately. See floor plan for details. Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not: Included: Linen: • Bed Linin including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets) • One bath towel per person. • Hand towels in the bathroom • T towels for the kitchen A starter pack in including: • 4 x toilet roles per toilet • Hand soap • Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided) • Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes What is not included: • Flat sheets • Beach or pool towels • Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods. • Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables. • Face clothes/washers • Shampoo and conditioner. • Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable.
