This spacious family home is the perfect base for your Peninsula adventures with plenty of space to unwind in the evening. Situated on a quiet street within easy reach of local attractions it's a property the whole family will enjoy. A fully fenced back for the kids and a large driveway has ample space for boat/jet ski. Includes: Lounge with fire Kitchen/dining with second lounge area Queen master Second queen room Single room Double/single bunk room Bath towels and linen provided. Garage not included Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not: Included: Linen: • Bed Linin including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets) • One bath towel per person. • Hand towels in the bathroom • T towels for the kitchen A starter pack in including: • 4 x toilet roles per toilet • Hand soap • Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided) • Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes What is not included: • Flat sheets • Beach or pool towels • Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods. • Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables. • Face clothes/washers • Shampoo and conditioner. • Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable.
