A little unsure of what is included in your stay or how to go about booking a Holiday home ?Check out these FAQ’s to get a better understanding of your visit.

Once the property is booked you will receive a confirmation notice with the full address of the property. Check in instructions will be sent automatically 7 days before your check in and the code for the keysafe or door will be sent 24hrs before your arrival.

You can easily make a reservation request through the portal on our website. If you have not booked with us previously then we will require more information from you before we can accept your booking for security purposes. All guests must provide Government issued Photo ID prior to check in.

No, all our properties are self-check-in for your convenience.

Check out instructions are displayed in each property and are sent automatically at 4pm on the evening
before your check out.

Check in: 3pm.
Check out: 10am.

This varies between properties and season as certain times of the year are in more demand than others.

Linen and bath towels are provided at all properties. Guests must bring their own beach towels however
and we do not supply infant bedding.

Travel Cots and highchairs are available at selected properties. Please refer to the property listing for specific information.

Most of our properties have a strict no pets policy, however we do have a number of properties which will allow pets. Please check the property listing for more details.

Unfortunately we do not have any properties which can currently host events. Wedding groups are welcome to use the accommodation only but must host the events elsewhere.

We have a very strict NO PARTIES Policy at all properties. All guests MUST sign an agreement acknowledging their acceptance of this policy prior to the booking being confirmed. We take our responsibilities to the property owners and neighbours very seriously and if a party is discovered the group will be evicted and damages may be recovered.

We have a strict no Schoolies policy. Parents are NOT allowed to book on behalf of their children and any group found to be staying in breach of these rules will be removed from the property.

No, any guests found to be in breach of this will be removed from the property.

Smoking is NOT permitted inside the property. If you do choose to smoke outside, no cigarette butts
may be left upon your departure. Extra cleaning charges may apply if ciggerette buts are left outside the
property.

If anything should break during your stay, please report all damages to us immediately.

While this is a personal choice, we would advise that guests take out travel insurance.
